Game Journalism Day 5
Prediction: I predict that I can get a BCU and a start of a base, with a storage, and a shotgun.
Results:
Results:
I got everything I set out to go for except the shotgun, I couldn't find enough rabbits.
Guide To Survival:
When you first spawn in, start chopping trees and bunny hopping around looking for crates, medicinal herbs, fibers and scrap metal. Crates are easy to find and they're spread around the map, same with herbs, fibers and scrap metal, its easier than trying to catch animals for cloth. Once you have around 2-3 stacks of logs and a reasonable amount of nails(around 50), start creating your base. Create a foundation and wall first, then the BCU (unless its night time then create a campfire before the BCU). Once you create your BCU, hunters will start coming after you and your base. The best way to kill a hunter is with your rifle, which you need a refinery to make. Create a refinery and start smelting as much iron, copper and other ores you find. You can find a lot of supplies from the military crates around the map, I've only ever found 1 and you need a lockpick to open, you get one when you make your BCU. Once you get all the essentials, you can begin expanding your base, adding more foundations and walls.

Game Journalism Day 3
To build, you need the proper amount of materials in order to build that specific item. Your first item you want to build is a campfire, to keep you warm at night and to cook food. To use the campfire, you need matches, which you get when you spawn in, and a fuel source, the most common item is wood, found from farming trees. Once you have a campfire, you want to start building your base. To do this you need a Base Command Unit. To place the base command unit, you need a foundation and a wall. Once you do that you can make many more items than what you can in your inventory. Once you get your BCU, you'd want to build a storage container, for obvious reasons. Once you get all of this, Hunters will soon start to come after you, so be prepared.

Game Journalism Day 2
Who Created The Game: ColdGames Studios
You're able to interact with many different resources and animals in the game, such as bears, wolves, chickens, rabbits, crates, trees and plants. All of these provide resources which benefit you. Bears and Wolves are very dangerous and you should stay clear of them if you're first starting out. IF you kill them, they give you fat, meat and other resources. Trees provide wood for building. Rocks provide Iron Ore, and fibers pride fiber, which you can make into crafting materials for pickaxes and other tools. Chickens and rabbits give you meat, feathers and cloth. I was unable to catch them since they're quite fast and can easily outrun you.
Tip: Stay clear of the animals and collect all the crates you see. Also make a command center so you can find your dead body if you die.

Game Journalism Day 1
Subsistence: The action or fact of maintaining or supporting oneself at a minimum level.
The game at first glance reminds me of Rust, with the survival aspect of the game and how you hunt, mine for minerals and build a house. To survive, you need to support your character like a normal human being, with finding food, water, resources and building shelter to keep your safe from the environment. The game is in early access, which means the game is available to the public but is not completely done. It is useful for the developer(s) to get feedback from the community on what they should change, add or remove.
The controls for the game, quite basic for First Person games.
